-How can I access product which I've purchased?
All purchased products end up on your Keymaster account. You'll recieve access to your product immediately after your purchase.
-How do I download my files ?
After your purchase, you can access your files on the Portal: https://portal.cfx.re/
From there, you’ll be able to download your FiveM Resource or transfer its license.
*Please keep in mind that an asset can only be transferred once, and this action is irreversible.

-Is it possible to customize or add items to map?
Yes, depending on the map it is possible, get in touch and open a ticket on discord for more information.
-Is it possible to use our products on multiple servers at once?
All products purchased from our store can only be used on your Keymaster account. Keymaster allows you to transfer a product only once to a different account. Once the transfer is completed, it’s not possible to regain access to the product on your main account.

Your purchases are linked to your FiveM account, and your FiveM account is linked to your FiveM server license key. Meaning the FiveM account you use to login on Tebex before the purchase, needs to be the FiveM same account that you use to login to server.
